About Me

Hello, My name is Serli Shajanyan and I am 15 years old. I like to keep myself busy with school and music. Singing and playing the guitar keep me calm and helps me concentrate on my thoughts and find solutions to different things easily. I have been singing my whole life and it has become a coping mechanism for me. I like listening to music as well. Some songs have helped me through life and are also a coping mechanism. I like to listen to songs that have a deep meaning and that I can relate to. Other things that make me equally as excited are astrology and astronomy. Believing in astrology means believing that the power of the universe exists Manifestations, crystals, meditation, astrology charts are all a huge part of astrology. Astronomy is research about space, planets, galaxies. black holes, and so on. It is mesmerizing how each planet/galaxy/star has its own uniqueness and the fact that millions of starts were formed while we’re reading this essay and the fact that the universe expands to an unbelievable size every second is amazing. My greatest accomplishment would be to become a lawyer and make myself, my family, and especially my father proud. My strength is understanding people’s emotions, feelings, being able to help, and give them advice while not having to relate to their experiences and while not having any emotions or feelings. I am looking forward to bettering my knowledge of the English language this year and I hope our classes will be enjoyable.
